Quinoa Mushroom Burgers

|4||slices cheddar cheese|
|4 tbsp||crispy onions|
|1||large avocado, pitted and sliced|
|4 tbsp||big mac sauce, prepared|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place burgers in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 15-20 mins, turning halfway through.
Assemble burgers by spreading sauce onto base of each bun followed by a slice of cheese.
Place burger and top with avocado, tomato and crispy onions.
Top with remaining bread.
Tip: Serve with lightly salted kettle chips.
