Garden Vegetable Bites

|340 g||butternut squash, spiralized|
|1 410 ml||jar alfredo sauce, prepared|
|Parmesan Cheese, optional|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place bites in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 16-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Heat butter in a large skillet.
Sauté spiralized squash over medium-high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour sauce over top and stir to combine.
Heat through for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Transfer squash to platter and place bites over top.
Garnish with chives and parmesan (optional).
Tip: Try it with cashew cream in place of alfredo
