Layer our mouthwatering Quinoa Mushroom Burger with spicy chipotle aioli and fresh salsa, on top of a toasted sesame seed bun. A quick and easy meal that will satisfy your craving for a flavourful burger!
Quinoa and Mushroom Burgers

|4||sesame seed buns|
|2||chipotle peppers (chopped or sauce)|
|1||227g container of fresh salsa|
|4||romaine lettuce leaves|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place burgers in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 15-20 mins, turning halfway through.
Meanwhile, place mayonnaise and chipotle peppers at the base of a blender or food processor.
Blend well for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
Toast buns. Assemble burgers by spreading a heaping tablespoon of aioli onto the base of each bun.
Place burger over top, followed by lettuce and salsa.
Top with remaining bun.
Tip: Serve with a side green salad
