|8||cherry tomatoes, quartered|
|½ cup||cucumber, diced|
|½||small red onion, sliced|
|1/4 cup||Kalamata olives, roughly chopped|
|1 cup||romaine lettuce, shredded|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place bites in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 16-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Assemble pitas by spreading hummus into each pocket.
Divide bites and place into pita followed by tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives and lettuce.
Serve with tzatziki sauce.
