Ingredients

10oh naturel! ® Garden Vegetable Bites, halved
4pita pockets
½ cuphummus
8cherry tomatoes, quartered
½ cupcucumber, diced
½small red onion, sliced
1/4 cupKalamata olives, roughly chopped
1 cupromaine lettuce, shredded
Tzatziki sauce

directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place bites in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 16-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Assemble pitas by spreading hummus into each pocket.

Divide bites and place into pita followed by tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives and lettuce.

Serve with tzatziki sauce.
