Meatless Breaded Chick’n Burger

Ingredients

1435g package of oh naturel!® Meatless Breaded Chick’n Nuggets
1250ml bottle of Thai peanut sauce, prepared
1/3 cup sweetened coconut, shredded
4 tbsp lightly salted roasted peanuts, chopped
1 tspcrushed red chili pepper flakes

directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) degrees.

Place nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 20-22 minutes, turning halfway through.

In a small pot, gently heat sauce and add coconut flakes, chopped peanuts and chili flakes.

Heat for about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl. Top with additional coconut flakes and peanuts.

Serve immediately with warm nuggets.
